I would definitely recommend this seller. The item was exactly what I was looking for, and was packed very well. However, by the time it reached me there was a big dent in the package and so the item arrived broken. It was clear that the damage was not the fault of the seller, but rather of the shipping agent. Communication was excellent, with a refund issued immediately. So, even though my item arrived broken, I have NO problem recommending this seller for any future purchase.
This pendant is a work of art! Sure to a postal service error it got delivered to the wrong address (a PO box in another city) even though the seller did everything right and she was amazing at communicating with me on the issue, and even said she would call the post office about it, and it finally arrived today in Darling packaging and a sweet thank you note. The necklace is exactly as described. Thanks!
