Item was as described but this seller had a buy it now price & best offer. I placed an offer & also asked about high shipping cost and never heard back. I decided to buy the item outright just before my offer expired. Only then was my offer declined & told high shipping was because of ebay's set prices. However the label was created on a pitney bowes machine which offers lower shipping rates. Mostly way my biggest beef was poor communication till after the purchase and high shipping costs.
