Like other customers have stated, my strips came folded in a bag. One was damaged. The seller did send a replacement, which came shipped the same way, even though he stated he was going to have the "Shipping department " correct this problem 🤔 . The LEDs are about half the brightness which is really disappointing after all I went through to make the repair. I would not waste the money on these again.
One of two had an issue which was resolved with a partial refund. Communication was excellent. Good seller.
