I was a little miffed at first because my order didn’t come with controllers, and when I reached out to the seller, they basically said “it must have gotten lost in the mail,” but couldn’t provide tracking. However, they made it right by sending a new set of controllers that came a week later, AND the NES I bought from them is perfect. Clean and working. I use it almost every day and I love it. Hard to complain about a lil shipping issue when a 40 year-old machine arrives in pristine condition.
Very fast shipping, and the important parts of the game (cover, disc, manual etc) arrived in perfect condition. Nevertheless, the box came damaged due insufficient protection inside the envelope. I can easily replace it so it’s not a problem, but wanted to leave the feedback for future deliveries. Better to spend a few cents on extra bubble wrap, than to have to make a refund because the product arrived with a relevant damage. Very happy with the purchase, recommended seller +++
Item shipped quickly, and was as described. The memory card works when inserted, but sometimes isn't detected and needs reinserted after awhile, but it's probably a quirk of age with either the card or the Wii. It was packaged without any padding, but the envelope was tight enough that it wasn't able to move any, and as such arrived undamaged. Overall great experience with item and seller. Would recommend.
