  1. Sent quickly, good package the condition of the item was good. I didn't really like that it cost £3.10 for postage, but it clearly said £2.50 on the label. I suppose you could argue that was for packaging, but that looked reused to me. Anyway I would buy again just saying didn't like that bit

  2. Received in good condition despite the mail carrier apparently leaving the parcel on a neighbouring road, damaged. Brought to us by a friendly neighbour. Surprisingly, considering the damage to the parcel, the mug was intact. Recommended.
