Recieved package and it was jammed into a very small usps flat rate box, not even close to the proper size, it was bulging in different directions. Wrapped in very thin bubble wrap that any aggressive toss would have easily damaged it. After unpacking it, it wouldn't open, I tried well over 40 times to open it. Messaged seller of course claimed it worked fine before he shipped. After messing with mechanism I finally got it to open. And works. If it was packed better, it would have worked at 1st.
Item description was listed to support my car but did not. Told this to the seller after initiating a return for refund with the wrong reason selected (put did not fit, should have chosen wrong description) Seller quickly communicated back letting me know they would refund my return shipping for the item after they get the item back in the mail. Return was delivered and upon messaging seller for return shipping, they quickly communicated back to me and honored my refund. Great honest business
