The item arrived quickly and was packaged very well. It was as described and was good value for money with it being 100% lambswool. However, I did not like the baggy sleeves and for that reason I would have returned it, but the buyer stated that he 'did not accept returns' which I don't agree with and think is unfair. Customers need to double-check before they buy as to whether they can return items or not.
Arrived in ripped package, half hanging out. Expensive, wool item, poorly packaged with no inner protective plastic bag or tissue wrap. Disappointing and not great service, considering what I paid. At least the item was not damaged, but is certainly less pristine than before
