The great service started when I inquired whether they could take extra measurements of the suit, as in the picture it appeared smaller than a XXL.They replied back quickly with pictures of the waist, shoulder, and hip areas being measured with a measuring tape. Those matched my size, Medium, so I was able to order it. Today it came on schedule and it fits perfectly. Hooray!.
