The seller was friendly and helpful when we communicated before I purchased the pants. She got them shipped out quickly. They were packaged nicely and just as described. Good quality, nice high waist and generous length. However, they were a little baggy in the front upper inseam so not a very flattering look for faux leather pants. However, that extra room would be helpful for someone with larger inner thigh area. I requested a return and received free shipping label for USPS . All good!
