I am BEYOND thrilled with my purchase. The seller was on vacation when I initially purchased, but that was communicated and the item still arrived quickly. The shipment arrived after Christmas, but that’s ok - I’ll just add her to the display next year. The reindeer is *perfect* and I got her for an excellent price. She looks just like the picture. She arrived in great shape, which is lucky because she was only packed in a plastic shipping bag. 10/10 would buy from this seller again

Item received in shipping window stated. The sweater was not as described (excellent condition), it had several holes. Contacted seller and they were quick to respond and refunded my money directly. Very easy to communicate with.
