The printer I purchased was in excellent condition. It arrived sooner than I expected, and it was packaged well. The added bonus was the ink and paper included with the purchase. Was not expecting that. What I really appreciated was that the seller emailed me when he dropped the printer off at the FedEx center, so that I could more aptly track its arrival. Packaging could have been better. Box showed up destroyed but Lego box was intact. Seller had quick communication and follow up.
