I was a little disappointed in the condition of the boxed toy when it arrived. A couple of the plastic ties securing the toy to the box were broken/missing, the plastic cover securing the little toys to the box was loose. The toy itself was shipped in a large box with little packing material, so because it was loose, maybe it got banged up in the box from the delivery process.
