Though the hat didn't fit, the seller's quick, positive response made the transaction painless. It arrived two weeks EARLIER than the estimates. That never happens! The hat itself is soft but structured, doesn't feel cheap and for $15, is a good deal. It was just too small for my head (or my head was just too big for the hat!). I contacted them about returning it. They replied in less than 12 hrs that they'd issue a refund and that I can keep the hat and gift it to someone. Thank you!!!
First and foremost, this was a very tight timeline and wow did this seller deliver! Everything they promised was true! Secondly, the suits they delivered were excellent! I bought 5 suits for friends for my wedding and they looked fantastic. There was a problem with one of the suit sizes and I merely mentioned it to the seller and they immediately offered a refund. In summary; beautiful suits at a fraction of what you would expect to spend, great delivery, great customer service!
I contacted the seller before ordering to discuss alternative colors and confirm sizing. They were transparent and accommodated my color requests. The suit arrived with excellent quality and fit, requiring only minor pant alterations, due to my height—however, reasonable for the price. Stitching is well done. While delivery took about a month, the seller was upfront about the timeline due to my custom order. Shipping includes three-day expedited delivery. Will order again.
