Received a pink top as ordered but the neckline was different to the photo. Had sold out of the pink tops with the scoop necks. I contacted the seller, who got straight back to me. Gave me full refund and I didn’t have to send the top I had received back. Nice product and good quality but the neckline wasn’t what I needed.
Very quick and communicative seller. Let me know within a day that it wouldn't arrive for when I needed it and refunded me swiftly afterwards. Very trustworthy, would buy from again in future (hopefully with less urgency next time!)
The item was delayed at the delivery depot and I had to contact the supplier. They took prompt action and kept me updated. The product has now arrived and I am pleased with it.
