Very responsive in answering questions. I personally don't like a gap between the edge of the modesty panel and the back bone. I'm ordering another one sized up. I'll probably keep both for tthe fun of it. I have not decided.... But it'll be nice to have a backup. Delayed shipping was on the Post Office, not the seller.
