Although not returnable, I took a chance on ordering diabetic socks. In my note to the seller, I mentioned needing socks that were very loose in the foot and ankle to accommodate my deformed left foot which is very swollen. I have been covering an ace-wrapped foot with the ankle portion of other brands of diabetic socks. The seller accepted my offer which was low and shipped the socks. While they did not work out for me, the arrived in new condition in package. I would order from seller again.
The shoes arrived in a very timely manner. They were wrapped in bubble wrap for added protection. The shoes are just as described. I paid a great price for a beautiful pair of velvet shoes. I look forward to wearing them!
