  1. I like the lighted house. But..,, it’s NOT a Santa’s Workshop as described. The box has hole on it on the front. You did not disclose this on the picture. You turned it to hide the hole and the name saying it’s Heartland Valley Village. I would’ve been happier if you’d been honest. It looks nice with my town. The condition of box and item description, along with communication, I’m not giving you 5 stars. Shipping was 2 days early. That’s why I rated 5 stars. I thank the postal service for that.

  2. Ornament was exactly as represented and arrived with an internal bag as well as then being wrapped in bubble wrap. The box was also nicely lined in bubble wrap, and the nice note was appreciated. Shipping price was fair. Seller definitely made sure that the ornament would arrive in perfect condition.
