I received the item with the plastic sword when I ordered the wooden- when I read the description I was under the impression that either the plastic or the wooden sword would ship separately. So I am returning because I ordered another set with the wooden sword so it will be here in time. Other than that the product is as described! I will purchase from this store again but if there is any question I will reach out beforehand.
Had an issue with the costume it was missing the costume and I only received the sword I contacted the the seller who quickly resolved the issue.. I received the costume from a different mail carrier. I will be returning the second costume once it arrives.. thank you so much. This was for a Halloween party so we needed it.
The quality and condition was amazing. USPS kinda messed up when shipping it to me. But I contacted the seller and they was so professional about everything and treated me outstanding. They sent out another one. Made sure my son got his costume on time.. I highly recommend ordering here..
