  1. First of all, the seller sent me an email telling me the package was sent! Obviously Sent with much care and forethought! There was a very nice “thank you” sticker on the outside of the package! A lovely “ thank you” card was inside the package. The seller made sure to include a very detailed sales slip and insured that if there was ANY problem, it would be corrected. I have been a buyer at eBay for a time and never had a package delivered with such care and impact. A credit to eBay!!

  2. I was very happy that the beautiful StampinUp ribbon was delivered to me. I do realize there was an actual problem with the USPS and proper tracking numbers. The item still was in my mailbox in a timely fashion. The seller included with my purchase, a beautifully handmade thank you card and envelope. It is so rare these days to have such great customer service! I will be definitely ordering from this seller again.
