This Steve Madden Boots are just like new, worn twice inside carpet home, selling it because do not fit me. As seen on outsole there are absolutely no sign of wear and only the adhesive shadow where the sticker with the sizing came from new. Made from a brown leather with strong beautiful stitch combat sole and featuring a side zipper for easy get in and out of them. They are lined with a brown herringbone flannel lining that makes it perfect for fall and winter season!
Sartorialmovement is an honorable seller. He made an honest mistake on the description on the size and it did not work for me. He immediately provided a refund and suggested that I not return the item. I will however try to reach him for the return.
The item arrived with a defect but customer service was excellent and prompt, I was issued a refund without the need for a return. Great integrity on their part!
