All heat transfer is pressed using a high end heat press. We don’t screen print or use iron on transfers. Seller communicated well after I left neutral feedback. A second shipment was made free of charge and tracking supplied. It arrived within a week and the original shipment came the following day. Australia Post are hopeless in QLD. I watched the tracked item sit at the depot for three days
