matte black faux leather double collar (for humans). has an aluminum alloy chain laced between 4 D rings in front, with a little padlock charm hanging from it. the padlock is a charm, not a real locking mechanism. closes in back with steel buckles. a little larger than most chokers and collars; adjusts between about 13 to 17" around, so good for necks 12 to 16.25" around.
