I rated this transaction a neutral experience but overall I wouldn't purchase from this seller again. Pros: I got the item I ordered Cons: The defects weren't clearly described in the listing, there was zero communication from the seller, product was shipped late and when it arrived it was poorly packaged. The item was pushed to one side of a small box so that it was pressed against the cardboard while other side was stuffed with torn notebook paper offering no actual protection to the item.
I need help with order#04-14005-88197. My purchase couldn't be delivered without an additional shipping charge of $58.95, my original purchase total was $65.40 with a shipping charge of $22.40, I contacted seller who said I should call USPS or ebay, as ebay set the shipping charge. USPS informed me that the package was charged/measured incorrectly. I am out $65.40 and no Popular Mechanics tool box. Please advise, thank you, Richard.
