Awesome seller. I was tentative to buy this motor as I was not 100 that it was compatible for my needs. The seller dropped the price and and purchase assurance in that if it did not fit then I could send it back. I made the purchase. The promptly sent me the motor. The motor arrived undamaged in working condition. However, it did not fit my needs. The seller has stood by their commitment to stand behind the word they gave. The return is in process and they are no doubt looking for something else
This was a very interesting experience for me. The item, a Waterford compote arrived this evening and was sadly damaged- and unusable . I contacted the seller and she immediately responded and issued me a credit for my purchase in full. I am sad that the compote arrived in pieces, although, it appeared to be packed for shipping and delivery to the PNW. I am grateful to the seller and eBay for the follow up care .
