Ordered three sweaters, tried to contact seller about shipping together to save on cost, but no response. Received one sweater. Ebay said other two were shipped with it, but did not receive. Tried to contact seller with no response. Ultimately was refunded cost of the two sweaters that were not shipped, but it was not the best experience since the seller did not communicate with me at all. The one sweater I did receive was as shown and good condition.
Seller offered very prompt reply’s, reasonable price and shipping costs. Unfortunately the item/jacket I ordered had some imperfections in the fabric…. so I requested a return. The seller responded promptly to my request for return…and return was handled without a glitch. Great customer service. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.
