Item was exactly as described. Seller left a very lovely card inside, and was even kind enough to put the difference from what I paid for shipping, as it had turned out to be a bit cheaper than listed. Luckyfindsbay clearly sells vintage clothes out of passion for older styles and finds delight in being able to spread that joy with the world. Value was great - I find even new renfair cloaks go upwards off 200 easily, so finding a winter one for less than 100 was a great surprise! Thank you!!!
Packaged arrived quickly, item was accurately described, price was fair….However, cramming into a to small of packaging bag that ultimately ripped in transit was unacceptable. I’m lucky it arrived and wasn’t damaged. Plus for the cost of shipping, and I pay a lot of shipping charges, I feel it could have been packed more appropriately, especially considering the cost of shipping.
When I received the item, it varied slightly, from the description given. The difference was important to me, and the seller responded immediately to see how she could resolve the situation. Her suggestion was generous. I found her service exceptional and the quality and condition of the item as good as new.
