Lovely bag great condition. Seller was extremely helpful. As I was on holiday at the time, Seller held back posting. However, delivery was delayed due to insufficient postage being applied. I contacted Seller to let them know and provide Royal Mail card details. Response I got was disappointing, in the end I paid difference and the additional charge, as yet waiting for refund. I think RM were being a tad pedantic, hence why I've given good scores.
