THE ICE HOUSE (read by Belinda Lang) is a 1992 crime novel by Minette Walters, which won the CWA John Creasey Award for best first novel. The story follows Chief Inspector Walsh as he investigates a decomposed body found in an ice house at Streech Grange, a country manor inhabited by three women, including Phoebe Maybury, whose husband vanished ten years prior, making her the prime suspect. These are abridged editions. PLEASE NOTE: The cassettes are in good shape. However on side 1 of SHAPE OF SNAKES, there's a crack in the cassette body (see picture). It hasn't harmed the playing of the tape but I wanted to be upfront.
