This really cute Talbot’s skirt was reasonably priced, and I loved the stretch fabric and colorful pattern. The order was processed and shipped promptly, and it arrived exactly as described and securely packaged. I will be able to match many different color tops with this skirt. The item never arrived. Somehow it was lost in the shipping. But when I notified the seller she was very quick to reply with an offer of a full refund or a replacement item from her store. Once I selected the option, she processed my refund within minutes. I would recommend this seller to anyone. She is responsive and responsible.
