This tank top is a stretchy silky type fabric. It has spaghetti straps and ties at the center of the waist. I also have this listed in size 2XL. This is a size 1XL. The top of the back has a thin band of elastic across it. It measures 20 1/2" (stretches tight at 27") across from one underarm seam to the other, the bottom measures 20 1/2" across, and the length along the side seam is 13". For a great fit I recommend comparing my measurements to something similar that you have that fits you comfortably. T8
