The packaging was very nice bubble wrap and paper the model was as described incomplete but in good condition the shipping unfortunately along the way the model was broken. This wasn't the sellers fault its normal for large models like these to break in transit when they are not put together properly. Over all im happy with my purchase I already have the skills and tools to rebuild the model so the breaking in transit is a minor concern to me. Over all great value and service from J-Team flips
I bought a Simon plush from this seller, and while it arrived quickly and was packaged adorably (the outer box had a cute bag inside with hamburgers and fries printed on it—so cute I’m keeping it!), the listing said it was 14 inches. I measured it myself, and it’s actually only about 10 inches. Still a nice plush, but the size in the listing was inaccurate.
Very good communication with seller. There were some issues with the shipping and packaging but seller was helpfull and friendly and helped find a solution to resolve the issue. I would order from seller again. This specific order just had unfortunate issues.
