Shoes exactly as described (and my arthritic feet thank you!). Shoes were well-packed, shipped and received quickly. I did remove the inserts and replaced them with my custom orthotics and am wearing the shoes right now and FINALY my feet don't hurt (as much). I would purchase from this fantastic ebay seller again.
