Very fast shipping. Look exactly as pictured - came with BOTH hangtags. Well packed without being excessive (which is a good thing) - thank you! Aside from the noted in in description (very faint and few) pen marks, bag basically looks brand new. It didn't include the long, cross-body strap but I wasn't expecting to get one since it was neither shown or mentioned. Great seller - I would buy from again and I highly recommend A++
