Cookie jar received as described. Seller took great care in packaging, and shipped it promptly. Price offered for the cookie jar and shipping costs were both fair. Unfortunately, due to no fault by the seller the jar was damaged in shipment. I contacted the seller and advised of the damage, and seller took immediate action to issue me a refund. Item did not function and was unusable. After contacting seller, I was refunded the cost of purchase. Seller was quick to respond to problem. Due to high return shipping costs ($35.00 since refund was given and cannot use Ebay at that point), seller did not require return and asked that it be disposed of instead of returned. Although the item was a bummer, the seller was good to work with and I wouldn't hesitate on buying from them again.
The box is so pretty, just as in the picture, and is with, I think, much more than I was charged. It arrived quickly, it was very well-packaged. It’s perfect in our kitchen.
