Even when the package carriers were careless with the package, this seller stepped right up and negotiated a fair refund for broken items. However, the item didn’t appear to be new as the left arm and back plate was broken off from the bobble head and it didn’t appear to have happened in shipping. The packaging was good and the value was right, just not 100% on an accurate description of the bobblehead’s overall condition. A little gorilla glue should fix the situation, so all and all, it all worked out.
