Shipping was quick. Packaging was perfect as it came without any creases or an altered appearance. Just as described. After reviewing the order and item I found the trousers were absolutely perfect! They matched the description, measurements, and colour perfectly! Communication was great and it shipped fairly quick. The trousers were folded neatly in the package. There were no holes, tears or stains on the packaging. As normal, a simple steaming will get these looking great! Overall the price for the quality was well worth it.
A beautiful Ermenegildo Zegna suit at a great price. It was well packaged, shipped promptly, and arrived as described. Unfortunately the sleeves were just too short for me and could not be tailored. Though heartbroken, I really loved this suit, I am extremely grateful to Twilled because they take returns.
