The item arrived in the condition expected. The packaging was not good, as it was stuffed into a bag that offered no protection. It was ripped in several places. And the coat fabric was exposed. I was concerned the coat would be damaged. It wasn’t, it was fine, but for the cost of the item, the packaging should have been better. (I found the same coat, new with tags, on eBay for a lower price and free shipping and returns.
