This seller went ABOVE & BEYOND! I live in Canada & had the boots sent to my Mom in the States. I came down to visit and get the boots but it was 5 weeks from the delivery (past return time). The boots packaging looked perfect. Something must have happened during shipping as the soles of both boots totally disintegrated inside the wrap. I contacted the seller but it was after 8 p.m. They replied immediately. After sending pictures, they issued me a total refund. AMAZING. AWESOME seller!
