I'm thrilled with this purchase! I traveled to Ireland with my mom this year and she fell in love with this box at the Waterford Store. Item arrived as described. The item was new in box, but one could tell the box had been opened, and reopened in the past. The Item itself had many fingerprints on it, and one could tell it had possibly been used on a test run. The item did arrive slightly squished, the outer packaging was poorly done, leaving the inner box to get squished.
Item arrived safely and on time. I didn’t know if they would be able to, but the seller wrapped the box in another box so that the Christmas magic was not in jeopardy. It would have been a close call, too! So thank you thank you.
