Patent Leather Loafers for Women Size 9 S Trotters Brand Excellent Condition These shoes were worn once or twice—very little wear. They measure 10 3/8” inches in length from toe to heel taken on the insole. The width measurement across the shoe at the ball of the foot on the inside is 3 1/8”. I placed an adhesive insole pad so shoes would better fit my narrow feet. I did not attempt to remove the pad for fear of damaging the sock liner. The pad is soft foam—adds cushioning but not very thick, maybe 1/16”. That is the black and ivory print thing that you see when looking into the loafers.
