Product arrived with a few dings, but for the price I got it for I’m not losing my mind over it- especially when the box was not handled by the carrier as it should have been (seller had put “fragile handle with care” tape on the box, UPS did not handle with care and I know they never do.) Product arrived as described other than what looks like shipping damage, I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. Doesn’t affect the functionality of my item and it’s not terribly noticeable.

  2. Incorrect item was shipped and delivered, but it was a brand new DVD, and it came quickly, so that part was true and went well. Also, after being informed of the issue, they took responsibility, made their apologies, and refunded my purchase. Oddly, though, they didn't have the correct item to ship, and it seems like there are still listings for it, so I don't know what that says. Overall, I was disappointed, but assuaged.

  3. Genuine Stihl brand sharpening bridge. Retail Packaging was a little damaged, as described. Actual Item was in new condition in spite of damaged retail packaging. The item was shipped in bubble sleeve shipper and arrived quickly. Good price, smooth transaction. No problems or concerns
