To start off the quality of the boot is top notch and doesn’t surprise me because it’s UGG. Condition was New and in original box as stated by the seller. Definitely worth the value for the boots. Glad I didn’t go and buy them at the store or actual UGG website. The appearance was just what my wife has been wanting.
