This is an excellent seller -and more importantly, an excellent person!!! I bought an item without examining all of the images carefully. When I received the item, I was not happy with it. This was my fault, however, since if I had examined the photos carefully, I would have seen what I did not like. Without any questions, the seller immediately refunded my full payment and told me to keep the item. In the end, I felt bad! This seller took a loss to make me happy.
Whole experience was awesome. Transaction was fast and easy. Shipping was also surprisingly quick. The way they packaged this was incredible. Layers and layers of bubble wrap, its obvious they took their time doing it right. They even filled the inside of the music box with bubble wrap, while avoiding catching any on the pins of the machine. Product was exactly as described and shown. I would've happily paid more just for how well they packaged it.
Gook books at a great price. Very well packed and quickly shipped out (then USPS decided to lose the box for a week, but that's no fault of the sender). The books were in excellent shape for the price and fit nicely in my collection. Very good communication from the seller and they were very helpful in dealing with the Post Office issues. Overall a positive experience and I would buy from them again!
