Please see the photos. I listed this as a Women's top because of how big this M (Medium) looks, and because the styling does look compatible with a Women's top, but I think the styling looks compatible for a male/boy too because it is a fairly plain styling and the sides come straight down (it's not a Fitted/curved style made to match a woman's waist curves). I think this shirt is in very good condition, maybe excellent condition.
