They did an awesome job on packaging. Great price totally happy with purchase. But unfortunately some body between their place and mine must of dropped the package and broke the heads off the figurines. I sent them a message and picture they refunded my money. It was not the sellers fault it was the shippers. I give the sellers a 5 star rating it was beyond their control. I am so sorry that this happened
