Seller was responsive and caring with the shipment damage on the one of a kind item. In retrospect, the packaging should have been more than adequate to safely transport the item. USPS completely mistreated the box. On such as valuable item as this - it might have given it just enough cushion with big bubble bubblewrap inside, but honestly for the price we pay USPS - they owed all of us a better shipping service. In the end we got USPS to pay for some of the damages.
I purchased these pictures to replace previously owned ones that became damaged. They arrived very well packaged, in pristine condition and arrived earlier than expected. The seller immediately provided transaction information and updates. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.
Everything delivered was exactly as described and very carefully packaged. I would absolutely do business with this seller again. Condition listed as used but what I received was in near mint condition! Fantastic!
