The item was so cute in the picture. It wasn't packaged with bubble wrap and it just fit in the box. The USPS didn't get it here in good condition and it was damaged. The Seller did refund me when I sent her pictures of the damage. She was very nice to speak with. I was really looking forward to getting the item and it would have been a great value. Shipping was reasonable and the price of the item was reasonable also. I appreciate how quickly the buyer got back to me and made the refund.

Item was as described. This is my favorite keyboard, and I was thrilled to find it in such excellent used condition for such a fair price. The item came packaged in a box that was slightly too small, and USPS isn't known for paying attention to "fragile" being written on the box, so the box was damaged in one corner which thankfully didn't affect the keyboard.
