Store Pogliani, solo due parole, molto professionali! In seguito ad un notevole ritardo riscontrato nella spedizione dell’articolo da parte di SDA, il venditore ha contattato l’azienda per risolvere il problema. Ho apprezzato molto l’approccio e la professionalità dello staff, dal momento in cui ho scritto per segnare il problema, alla ricezione del pacco.
Oggetto originale, venditore serio, rapidissimo nella consegna e nelle risposte. Peccato il corriere (Poste), ho dovuto scrivere una pec di protesta al servizio clienti perché il pacco era fermo da 7 giorni al loro Hub. Chiaramente arrivato in ritardo. A parte questo ottimo venditore.
Ho avuto qualche problema col pacco, poste italiane, come sempre, ha fato casini. Contattato il rivenditore che si è subito attivato per risolvere la cosa. Pacco poi rispedito con altro corriere e arrivato nei tempi previsti. Grazie mille
