Vintage 1930s Junior TinkerToy for Beginners Green Label - Incomplete. (These belonged to my dad.). The cardboard cylinder container is in rough shape. Vintage Junior TinkerToy for Beginners. These sets were made between 1937 and 1946, but based on my dad’s age, they were likely purchased in the 1930s. (These belonged to my dad.) This is not a complete set. It includes 23 spools and 8 cardboard windmill blades/ flags, but no rods. It’s kinda cool because the cylinder is designed to be mailed “at 1 pound parcel post rates.” The cardboard cylinder container is in rough shape. It stands up ok if you’re going to display it (leans a bit), but it is coming apart where the metal bottom attaches to the cardboard. It does include the metal lid.
