From my family home, back in the day when my Daddy had a bar " down the basement" when we lived in Ohio. One Lucky Lager bottle opener, measuring about 3 1/2 inches long. It's in great shape with just a tinge of its age showing on the backside. Produced by Vaughn in Chicago. A cool piece of 50s memorabilia, I just don't need in my kitchen drawer any more. My children thank you for your interest!
